Creator Program

Our $99 Creator Program includes a refundable deposit policy as outlined in the program terms. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of request.

TKC Group retains all rights, title, and interest in our Services, including all intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide our Services.

Custom Development

For custom AI agents and applications developed specifically for you, you will receive full ownership rights upon completion and payment.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to any data you provide to our Services.

We strive to maintain high service availability and performance:

• Target uptime of 99.9% for production services
• Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Support response times based on your service tier
• Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

Service credits may be available for significant outages as outlined in your service agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
