**Market Analysis**: Automated neighborhood reports using public data. Average days on market, price trends, inventory levels — formatted as shareable content.
**Email Campaigns**: Drip sequences for buyers, sellers, and past clients. AI personalizes based on the prospect's stage and market segment.
Why KC First
Kansas City's real estate market has a unique dynamic: it's big enough to have serious volume (50K+ transactions/year in the metro) but small enough that agents know each other. Word spreads.
We launched TheAire.co with 5 KC agents as beta testers. Within two weeks, all five had referred at least one colleague. The product sells itself because the time savings are immediately obvious — agents literally see their evening hours come back.
